1. Increase Glutathione Levels

Glutathione is the "Master Antioxidant" for your body, but it goes far beyond just eliminating free radicals (which many fruits like acai and blueberries do too). Glutathione is required for alcohol metabolism. In fact, it is very much like an alcohol antidote (booze is a poison after all, though it can be a fun one).
